What is a Webinar?    

A Webinar or Web Conferencing is used to conduct live meetings, training, or presentations via the Internet. In a webinar or web conference, each participant sits at his or her own computer and is connected to other participants via the internet. This can be either a downloaded application on each of the attendees' computers or a web-based application where the attendees access the meeting by clicking on a link distributed by e-mail (meeting invitation) to enter the conference.

What do I need in order to participate?

Once we recieve your contact information and a date/time is set up, a member of our staff will contact you via email with a Webinar Invitation. This e-mail invitation contains a link to TEST YOUR COMPUTER settings for compatibility. If your computer has met the minimum requirements and has recieved all green lights to proceed, you may then proceed to Step 2 - Web Login. If your computer has not met minimal requirements, it will prompt you to install any necessary software items in order to proceed. (Your login details are situated within the invitation email)

• Step 1 - Dial in
Use the phone number listed in the e-mail invitation to dial in through your phone. It will prompt "Welcome to the All-Stream Call Centre. Please enter your 7-digit access code and press # " Once you hear, "Please Stand By" y
ou may now proceed to complete Step 2 - Web Login. Remember, you are not the Chairperson. The Chairperson will be a member of our sales team conducting the web conference.

• Step 2 - Web Login
The Webinars are conducted over the phone with a live view of our demonstration to you through the computer, similar to an internet chat room. Please click the link provided in the e-mail invitation under Web Login. (usually begins with a https:// ) The page will prompt you to register for the Webinar. Please enter the required information and submit. During this time, the Chairperson will login to place you in the conference room.
